Today’s daily horoscope for March 23, 2023

Pluto Change

The ancient Roman name “Pluto” literally translates to “the wealthy one.” The god of death and the underworld was also the god of riches. Today’s shift for our far-off dwarf planet is a move to put people first. Relationships are the real treasures of any lifetime and without them wealth becomes meaningless. Pluto’s journey through Aquarius will take us through the entire season, ending in June of 2023.

ARIES (March 21-April 19). Trust in the processes you can’t control, of which there will be many today. It’s as though this day is in the hands of a mighty arranger. All will be orchestrated to play like a marvelous song.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20). You’ll be detoured but that doesn’t mean you’ll be off course. Maybe it’s not for everyone, but this is the right path for you. It will provide just the right amount of challenge and the most fitting rewards.

GEMINI (May 21-June 21). Change will happen exponentially. One move will have three effects, then nine, then 27 and on and on. The same math applies to whatever tone you put out, so make sure it’s golden and something you’ll appreciate duplicated and amplified.

CANCER (June 22-July 22). You’ve been doing a thing for a long time, but there’s still much to learn. It’s good to go back to the fundamentals because you’ll see them differently now. There will be a surprising benefit to practicing the basics.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22). Opposites abound. High and low, dark and light… and what is the opposite of love? Love is a kind of attention, and the opposite isn’t hate, but neglect. Where there is interaction, there’s hope for love.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22). Consider that maybe there is no problem and therefore nothing to fix. See what happens when you simply ignore it for a time. Stick with what you’re doing right and build from there to make a good thing great.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23). It takes one to know one, but that’s not the only way to gather information about people. You’re not “one” but you’ve read about it and been close to “one” too. You’re very observant and you’ll learn everything.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21). No matter how a thing seems on paper, life doesn’t happen there, books do. Put all theories aside and pay attention to how things feel for you in real time. Emotional life improves because you love people who love you back.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21). Your inner manager will be micro-focused. Consider that these assessments may not be necessary for things to proceed well. Relax and observe, resisting the need to judge every detail, which would be an unnecessary energy expenditure.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19). You feel pulled toward an endeavor and for good reason. There’s something in it for you and you’ll be very good at it. This could be as small as a curiosity or as big as a calling but it’s definitely worth looking into.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18). There’s no single event that has altered a relationship. Things have changed because it was time for them to. You’ll keep evolving and growing in this if you let go of the need to keep things how they were. You can trust that the new iteration will be lovely in its own way.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20). Optimism pervades. Much will happen out of a simple desire for meaningful friendship. You will be moved by the compassion you witness, and you’ll do the same for others when you act from the spirit of generosity that pulses through you.

TODAY’S BIRTHDAY (March 23). Welcome to your year of fresh delights. Just when you think you know yourself, you find more things to enjoy and new ways to appreciate your work and relationships. You’ll adopt habits that move you to a lighter, brighter and richer place. A special someone joins you, which makes the learning process easier. More highlights: You’ll make inroads with a powerful group. You’ll build something very useful, and you’ll expand your projects into a new territory. Libra and Scorpio adore you. Your lucky numbers are: 7, 4, 44, 10 and 8.

CELEBRITY PROFILES: Keri Russell deals with a crazed black bear on a murderous rampage in the new comedy thriller “Cocaine Bear.” Russell started her career as a child actor on “The Mickey Mouse Club” with co-stars including Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake and Christina Aguilera. This fiery Aries has been lighting up big and small screens ever since. Russell’s natal Mars and Saturn in Cancer indicate that motherhood is her greatest joy and the inspiration for artistic and creative development.
