Parfums de Marly Fragrance Selected for Willy Chavarria Show at New York Fashion Week

Luxury fragrance brand Parfums de Marly exclusively partnered with fashion designer Willy Chavarria to provide the official scent for his AW24 presentation at the Greenpoint Terminal Warehouse on Feb. 9. The designer tested the full Parfums de Marly fragrance collection and selected Haltane as the signature scent for the show.
Everything from the runway to the show notes was scented, including having each model spritzed with the woody scent ahead of hitting the catwalk. 
Haltane, a blend of “noble and rare” ingredients, is representative of the “deeper, darker” side of Parfums de Marly, said the company. With notes including oud wood, musk and leather, the fragrance was selected to complement Chavarria’s latest collection. 
“We chose the fragrance because it’s sexy, warm and inviting. It’s a masculine fragrance with a nostalgic futurism. Sensuality reflective of the Willy Chavarria ethos,” said Chavarria.

The pricepoints for the brand are prestige. Haltane retails for $430.
