Ons Jabeur v Varvara Gracheva Head to Head
Their only previous meeting came in Madrid last season and Jabeur had won that in three sets.
Jabeur Struggling for Form and Fitness
She had touched a world ranking of two in the world but Jabeur has fallen off the perch because of the lack of her results this season.
Having opened her campaign at the Adelaide International, Jabeur made the semifinal there but lost to Linda Noskova at that stage. In the Australian Open that followed, Jabeur scraped through to a win over Tamara Zidansek before Marketa Vondrousova got the better of her in the second round.
And she was then out of action for nearly two months before returning at the Indian Wells Open where Jabeur won and lost one match.
A victory over Magdalena Frech needed three sets despite Jabeur being 1/5 to win it. And following that Vondrousova carved out her second win of the season over Jabeur as the Tunisian still faces concerns over her health having returned from a surgery earlier this month.

Qualifier Gracheva Brings Good Form into Main Draw
Having romped into the fourth round of the Indian Wells Open as a qualifier, Gracheva continued her good run here in Miami by first making it to the main draw and then winning her first round encounter.
Gracheva, who had overcome Petra Martic and Daria Kasatkina in the main draw in Indian Wells, defeated Maryna Zanevska in straight sets to seal her second round berth.
In a match lasting less than an hour and a half, Gracheva registered a 6-1, 7-5 win over Zanevska. The qualifier dropped her serve once apiece in both the sets, but still had enough fuel left in her tank to clinch the spot next to Jabeur.
She had earlier defeated Reka-Luca Jani and Peyton Stearns in the qualifiers, also in straight sets.

Jabeur v Gracheva Prediction and Tip
