Cascadian’s odds slashed to win the Australian Cup

Cascadian is a clear favourite with Ladbrokes.com.au for the Australian Cup (2000m) this afternoon at Flemington.

The James Cummings trained gelding is on the seven day back up after a super effort last Saturday in the All Star Mile when second to Mr Brightside and looks primed for the 2000m assignment this afternoon. Market agrees, having him at $3.10, in from $4.60.

Nonconformist is on the second line of betting at $6, and they dominate betting, with the third line of betting held down by Peter Young winner Steinem at $9.50, who has had interest.
