Medics rushed him to Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center, but he could not be saved.

An onlooker at the grisly scene said the victim lived on the block with his family, including about six children.

“He’s a family man,” said the neighbor, who asked to only be identified as Troub. “He was with his kids 90% of the time.”

The victim’s name was not immediately released and police were still working to track down the shooters.
